Qwiz Skill Testing
All Phillips' candidates for administrative and temporary positions are computer skill tested on our Qwiz program to ensure the quality that our clients expect and which Phillips demands. Test results are communicated to our client employers. Testing tutorials are available at no charge to those wishing to upgrade their computer skills.
Guarantee
Guarantee periods can extend to 180 days for full-time hires. Temporary clients are not charged for the first day's work should they not be satisfied with our temporary employee's performance.
