Phillips Personnel/Search was founded in 1967 by current President, Phil Heinschel. Phil and his company have received local and national awards for their work in the personnel staffing field. Phil has been a featured speaker at local, state and national association meetings, and in many classrooms.
In 1993 Phil partnered with Nancy Lawrence, a 16-year temporary service industry executive, to establish Phillips Temps.
